Nearly all major wireless carriers slammed by text-messaging lawsuit

A new lawsuit has emerged against AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular, Cellular South, and Virgin Mobile (No T-Mobile), against text-messaging for being charged with recieveing text messages and not being able to turn the service off, reports Engadget. This has been a problem for many years now, and it is finally being brought out in the open. I will report more as information becomes available, but for now this is the only real information I can give you.
